Grand Opening Event

What the Client Wanted

An event that spoke to their brand, would entice potential renters to come in and look around, and would serve as a thank you to their sponsors, employees, and new clients. Oh, and of course a huge balloon garland!

Event Prep Highlight

So many little touches went into this event to represent their brand and engaged the audience to feel excited to want to spread the word!

Not only was there a balloon arch that equated to over 400 balloons spreading across 20ft in length. But there was also custom ice made in a spherical shape with their logo engraved on each ball, to compliment the bourbon tastings. Who wouldn't want a pig ice sphere in their drink?

What Made the Event Special

It meant a lot to this company to really communicate who they were, their purpose, and importance to not only the public but the surrounding community as well.
Not only did they receive a huge turn out but they also were visited by the Mayor as well who delivered a great personal speech to welcome the new complex!

Main and Clay benefited in a huge surge of new renters for their building as well as extra publicity from local news outlets, because of the excitement they brought to Louisville. They still are top of mind on social media outlets and are greatly loved by the community!

[Michaelis Events] is absolutely great to work with, very professional! Staff is also great and very helpful! I used them for corporate events and they were always able to adapt very well to constant schedule changes.
