You shouldn’t have to chase five different vendors to create one unforgettable event. We hear it all the time: the venue only includes the space, the caterer doesn’t handle rentals, and suddenly you’re buried in contracts and calls.

At Michaelis Events, we’re different than other event planning companies: we’ve removed the overwhelm. Our all-inclusive services cover everything you need—from catering and bar to staffing, florals, design, rentals, and even planning support. With one experienced, in-sync team handling it all, you’ll finally feel what planning should feel like: effortless.

You will be assigned a Day of Coordinator 30 days prior to your event. They will assist you with:

The DOC (Day Of Coordinator) will run your rehearsal and will be with you up to 12 hours the day of your event to ensure that everything goes to plan!

*Select set up and tear down services may be included based on the details and complexity of your event. Speak with one of Event Specialists for more details.

*Minimum service spends apply for Weekend events.

Partial Planning is a custom-built service to help support the client in the specific areas needed. Some services may include:

*Day of Coordination services are automatically included in all partial planning packages.

*Pricing is based on the amount of services needed. Minimum spends apply for weekend events.

Comprehensive Planning includes Event Support and planning from start to finish. Your Event Manager will work with you from day 1 to help with all services needed to help make your event a success.

Comprehensive Planning requires the use of at least one other ME service. The use of all other ME based services (catering, bar, floral/decor, custom rentals, and desserts) is highly encouraged.

*Minimum service spends apply.

Destination Weddings include all of the support and services included in our Comprehensive Planning Packages, however, we understand that the use of other ME services is unlikely.

Destination Wedding Service also includes:

Guest Accommodations + Travel Itineraries
Virtual Planning (to alleviate additional travel costs)

Partial Planning is a custom built service to help support the client in the specific areas needed. Some services may include:
Partial Planning Services start at $2500. Fees for booking outside vendors and entertainment will apply.

Comprehensive Planning starts at $5k and requires a total minimum spend of $10k with ME in-house services. ME takes a markup on most outside vendors/entertainment providers.
