With a timeless black and white color palette, delicate baby’s breath and white roses, and a design aesthetic that married modern minimalism with soft romance, this celebration was nothing short of stunning.

A Ceremony in the Barrel Room: Pure Atmosphere
The day began in The Pointe’s Barrel Room, transformed into a serene and atmospheric ceremony space. We lined the aisle with candles and soft greenery, creating a warm, intimate path leading to a showstopping black circular arch adorned with baby’s breath and natural greenery. The effect was both dramatic and delicate—a perfect mirror of Maddie and DeDe’s love.
Their ceremony backdrop was minimalist but full of texture and softness. With the clean contrast of black structure against a soft cloud of florals, every photo taken under that arch radiated timeless beauty.
The Flip: From Vows to Celebration
After the ceremony, guests flowed into the atrium for cocktail hour, enjoying refreshing non-alcoholic beverages and mingling in the spring light. Meanwhile, our team performed a full room flip behind the scenes—draping, redecorating, and reimagining the space to shift from sacred to celebratory.
We swapped out ceremony rows for elegant round tables dressed in crisp white linens and chic black napkins, and transitioned the altar into a focal design piece behind the sweetheart table. Every touch honored the ceremony while setting the stage for a joyful evening ahead.

From the start, the vision was clear: elegant, romantic, modern.
We designed:
The bride’s bouquet: a lush arrangement of white roses and clouds of baby’s breath
The groom’s boutonniere: simple, clean, and classic
The ceremony arch: dramatic and organic, grounded in greenery and delicate blooms
Every reception centerpiece: baby’s breath, soft florals, and candles created a glowing, intimate ambiance across every table
No detail was overlooked. The combination of monochrome elegance and romantic floral softness made the space feel tailored, sophisticated, and deeply personal.
A Feast to Remember: Build-Your-Own Pasta Bar
When it came time to dine, guests were treated to a delicious and interactive build-your-own pasta bar, catered by our team. It was comfort food with a gourmet twist:
Penne + Marinara
Fettuccine Alfredo
Bowtie + Vodka Sauce
Guests could customize their plates with meatballs or roasted chicken, and every table enjoyed baskets of warm, buttery garlic herb Cuban bread. It was hearty, festive, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that had everyone coming back for seconds.

As the evening unfolded, guests danced, laughed, and toasted to the couple’s new chapter—all against a backdrop that was both visually stunning and deeply heartfelt. From start to finish, Maddie and DeDe’s wedding felt like an authentic reflection of who they are: modern yet romantic, grounded yet playful, elegant but full of warmth.
